Please be aware that we presently only deliver within the United Kingdom. If you want overseas delivery, please contact us to explore the best available choices. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can trace your package's progress. We take great care when packaging our products to prevent damage during transit, and we are always available to help you with any questions or concerns about your shipment.

In-stock products are shipped within two business day. Please expect between five and seven days for your order to arrive.

UK Express Delivery

Please contact us before placing your order if you require quicker delivery. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Please keep in mind that ordering express delivery may incur additional fees.

 

Returns

At Pashmina Paragon, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received.

Conditions of Return :

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packing.
  • You must have your receipt or evidence of purchase.

Refunds

  • When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and tell you.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
  • Depending on the restrictions of your card issuer, you will receive the credit within a 10 business days. (Please keep in mind that it may take longer for the credit to show on your account during bank holidays and other holiday periods.)
